(1) Are there any products available? What if it is out of stock?
All our products are sold in stock, and the page shows that the babies that can be photographed are in stock. Please rest assured to buy. Due to the large variety of products, the daily sales volume is not large enough to be removed in time.
Please understand that the out-of-stock situation is caused and we will contact you by phone or Want Want to handle it.
This shop specializes in wholesale. For products that are out of stock for a few dollars, the warehouse will directly change colors or cut off other goods, and send out other goods. Out of stock products will not be reissued.
(2) We have paid for it. When will it be shipped and how long will it take to receive it?
Since the daily shipment volume is relatively large, we will ship in the payment order within 72 hours after your payment is successful. The delivery time will be affected by distance, weather and uncertain factors.
(3) What to do if the received product has quality problems and is out of stock?
If the goods are out of stock or quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner within three days. If you have quality problems, please take pictures and send them to customer service in time.
I have received the goods, but I do n’t like it. Can I return it?
If you are dissatisfied and dislike the product, you can return it if you have not used it and it will not affect the secondary sales.

d) Personal preference (smell, color, model, appearance) will not be returned due to the buyer’s subjective opinion that there is a problem with the quality of the product, please issue a legally recognized written identification, otherwise the return will not be returned.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
